We do not offer refunds of any kind. All extension purchases are FINAL sale. All price quotes on ANY service are valid up to 30 days and then price is subject to change.
At Rosewood Salon Co we do not accept cash tips, we would love for you to show gratitude in the form of reviews on our social platforms and/or guest referrals.
Extensions are final sale, no refunds or exchanges, be sure to bookmark the at home care guide that comes in your take home kit.
Your appointments are very important and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 48hours notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with The Rosewood Salon Co
NO CALL/NO SHOWS
If you do not contact the salon to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled.
If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at The Rosewood Salon Co.
CREDIT CARD REQUIRED
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 48 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, The Rosewood Salon Co reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text that you will need to reply "C" to. However, if you do not confirm your appointment by 6pm, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% the cost of the services scheduled. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS/CHILDREN/ANIMALS
For safety and sanitation, The Rosewood Salon Co does not allow children, animals or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.
**IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY.
ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR SALON.
